Mechanical properties: A283 modulus of elasticity (E/Gpa): 200~210 Poisson's ratio (ν): 0.25~0.33Chemical constituents: Si ≤ 0.35% ≤ 0.045 s p max 0.045
Usage: Widely used in buildings and engineering structures. For the production of steel or built factories, high-voltage transmission towers, boilers, vessels, ships, bridges, silos, vehicles and so on, A283 is also used as a machine parts on performance requirements are not too high.
Deoxidization method: F,b,z can be used respectively for rimming steel, half-killed steel, steel. Rimming steel steel of deoxidation is incomplete, poor ductility and toughness. Welded structures made with this material, joints are easy to crack when subjected to dynamic loads. Not working at low temperature, sometimes produce hardening. In contrast, steel high quality uniform, ductility and toughness are well.
